About Me
Hello, and thank you for visiting my page! I am a Certified Personal Trainer living in West Chester, PA with my husband and four kids (two sets of twins!). I also hold additional certifications in Corrective Exercise, Fitness Nutrition, and Senior Fitness.
I have been a fitness enthusiast my whole life, from little league softball to middle and high school sports, to Division I collegiate rowing. Exercise, nutrition, and functional strength have always been passions of mine. I have a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Health Services and an M.S. in Psychology, and in 2020 I decided to follow my calling to become a certified trainer to help others achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.

I am a busy mom in her 40s trying to make sure I'm doing everything I can to stay healthy and feel good. I get it!!! It can be really hard to find the consistency you need to achieve a healthy lifestyle. As your personal trainer I will be dedicated to helping you set and achieve your health goals.

Sessions in the studio
A typical 50- minute session consists of a dynamic warmup/stretch, cardio conditioning, strength training of the legs, arms, and core, and a cool-down. Each session includes helpful nutrition information and guidance, personalized exercise plans based on your goals and needs, and plans for days when you are not having a session.
In-Studio Sessions
Sessions take place at my home-studio in West Chester, PA. I have a space that is perfect for one-on-one or two-person training using treadmills and strength-training equipment. All sessions include general nutritional guidance, where needed.
$60 personal session/$50 pp for two-person session
In-Home Sessions
Sessions can be done in your home if it is preferred. Homes must be located within a 30-minute drive from West Chester. I will bring basic equipment for a productive session! Whatever space you have I can make work for achieving your workout needs!
$75 personal session/$65 pp for two-person session
Community Sessions
On nice days, parks or other public outdoor spaces can be used for sessions! Location must be within a 30-minute drive from West Chester. I will bring basic equipment.
